Each year the Stoneham Public Schools Foundation hosts a 5K Community Walk, Road Race, Race Walk & Kid's Fun Run. The Race is schedule for a Saturday morning in September and is always the same morning as Town Day hosted by the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce.

All race and walk participants get a free t-shirt, sponsor gift bag will be entered into the random prize drawing.  Prizes vary each year depending on the support provided by our sponsors.  In past years we have averaged around 50 prizes including gift certificates to local restaurants, merchants and gift baskets.
